Per-Ivar Stokkmo

CEO

Leads operational readiness, organisation and industrial execution. Brings 35 years of experience scaling operations and service businesses, including roles connected to the Norwegian Air Force, Waba/Smart Retur, Adecco transport and logistics, and Barona. Holds personnel and budget responsibility and assumes factory and site responsibility from commercial operation.

Kenneth Winther

Development Director

Leads industrial architecture, business development and the progression from concept to investment-ready industrial projects and growth pathways. His industrial transformation, innovation and growth work includes Equinor, Statkraft, AGA/Linde, Circle K, British Telecom, TINE and more than 30 other organisations.

Geir Jakobsen

Chair of the Board of Directors

Provides board leadership with experience in construction, recycling and energy-related industrial development. His background includes leading Depo Solutions’ pyrolysis-to-clean-diesel development and participating in the TreaSource EU Horizon pyrolysis project with 17 partners across borders.
